This was a really good Python tutorial course. I've completed similar introductory Python courses at University and through Coursera and this one had by far the most detailed assessments and did well at covering the essentials. I appreciated the more difficult practice questions to make the assessment questions seem easier. I learned a few tips and it was good review so well worth the time.

Truly best gem for Python crash course that you ever run across !!! The instructor very friendly and had clearly direction to motivative you to starting wrting python even you "never ever been writing program before" you still understand and grasp the concept profoundly to adapt for any new programming language I highly recommend this course Thank you very much I must really miss you 🥰🥰🥰

Excelente para las personas que tienen conocimientos básicos de programación o incluso para personas que no han programado nunca pero tienen mucho interés en aprender. La explicación es muy clara, usan muchos ejemplos. Los Tests (al final de cada tema) y Assessments (al final de cada semana) están muy bien diseñados. Comparten mucha información útil, así como ligas para seguir aprendiendo.

the course was excellent and the structure of the course was good too. thankyou Christine ma'am and the staff. the lecture vids were great.

but I have one disappointment. what was taught in lectures was basic. and when in video questions were asked. there were sometimes too tricky or a little bouncer. so that area needs to be modified as per the difficulty level.

It's been many days since I decided to take the intensive Python course on Coursera. It has been an incredible experience and I have dedicated a lot of my time to finishing it and acquiring knowledge. The way Christine Rafla brings her knowledge to us in each video is admirable and rewarding and I am excited about the other courses that I will continue to take. Thank you very much Google.

It has been an amazing course. It's greatly organized and easy to follow. I have just one suggestion, Is it possible to add more examples to practice before quizzes? It makes it tough to attempt assignments(both practise and graded) with just video quizzes. Other than that, It is one of the best courses(if not, the best) that I have come across on Python. Christine Rafla has been AMAZING!

Lessons and exercises are well planned. Quiz questions are fun to work on. A cheat sheet is given after each lessons (thumb up).

Based on the input from the Discussion Forums, this course may not suitable for someone who has absolutely no knowledge in programming. Some of the detail and best practises are not mentioned. Which is understood. After all, this is a crash course.

I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the teaching and the examples provided. The instructor was able to break down complex concepts into easily understandable terms, making it easy for me to follow along and learn. The examples provided were also very helpful in illustrating the concepts and making them more tangible. . Thank you for providing such a great learning experience!"

The course serves as a refresher for someone who already knows programming in Python, or any other language, and it could work as well for a beginner with no programming experience, although they need to do a bit of studying on their own. The programming assignments are good in the sense that they make you analyze and think critically.

I would recommend not to skip the optional material.

I have taken couple of courses online but this is by far the best course I have ever taken. what I perticularly liked about this course is that there are many different practice quizzes to develop the skills I have learned before. The instructor is very straight forword and a bit sarcastic also. Now I finally learned basics of paython which will help me greatly in my career. Thank you.

The instructor is great and I don't know anyone who speaks more clearly. I think the best thing about this course is that program organizes all the notes for you in a very concise way making it very easy to review the content.

I feel like I barely had to review the notes though because the concepts were so well taught that I was able to internalize the knowledge as I watched the videos

Superb course! I recommend it for anyone is to just starting to learn to program. You can move from zero understanding of python to having a very solid foundation in 6 weeks. I personally enjoyed the instructor. She made the class fun to follow and made complex concepts much easier. The discussion forum was also super helpful in times of need. Hop in and learn to speak a new language!

It made me a lot more confident to seek out coding challenges on platforms like Codecademy. I dabbled in Python before, but this seemed to be the best pace for me! And it wasn't holding my hand too much, so I still was proud when I reached a sollution. 2 of the excercises in this course took me more than an hour, which makes the satisfaction even greater when perseverance is rewarded.

Great course! Coming from JavaScript, I wanted a quick refresher on Python syntax. This course started with the basics and guided the learner through more complex real-world projects. My favorite part was the amount of content. Many online courses overwhelm students with too much information, causing confusion, but this course struck the right balance. Overall, it was a great course!

I accidentally deleted my previous review, but I strongly recommend picking up "drill" type of python textbook and self study until you reach FUNCTIONS before completing this course.

OOP (optional) is actually there so if you struggle with other courses (Using Python to interact with OS), you can understand how it works.

Btw the type() function is really helpful, it avoids type errors.

This course is beginner friendly . If you are not from it Computer science background and still want to learn coding then what are you waiting for this might be a right course for ... But again if you are here from you tube that learn coding in few days and earn 100's of thousand as starter then you should not be here you will lost you dedication somewhere in the middle of the week.

It's a good course for people who want to learn Python or just refresh their knowledge. The course is organized well, so you start with the basics and learn more as you go. There are also practice assignments and cheat sheets that help you learn and I think some of the other courses I had previously taken lacked. It's a great way to refresh Python and a beginner-friendly course!

Good way to learn Python. If you have no experience with programming, you can probably complete the course in two weeks. If you are already experienced, you can easily complete the course in 2 days or so. At the end of the course, you will be completely comfortable with Python. The practical exercises are well planned to allow all levels of people to master the basics of Python.

This course was really helpful in developing my coding skills in python. All the exercise help me to test my knowledge.it is rally good for people like me that don't have any experiences in programming like python.it was amazing learning form basic to complex programming solving.

I was new to Python but knew other programming languages. Understood well and was able to relate the concepts with other languages.
