The volume levels are very different, some videos are very quiet (volume at laptop 90+) some videos are normal (volume at laptop 10). Listening to a quiet video at full volume and then receiving an email, or Teams call at the same time is like heaving an explosion blast somewhere between the earphone speaker and your ear, that could easily make someone deaf for some time.

Several typos and mistakes on the slides. Not 99.99997% defect free. Also many sound issues. Several modules were extremely low volume and required closed captioning.

Content is well designed and easy to understand and follow. Audio could be improved. Sometimes is very soft and difficult to hear the narrator even through headphone.

The content is good but I had two main issues with this course, so I would give this course 2.5 to 3 stars. The first issue is the course outline is very unclear. There appear to be 4 modules in this course but then there appear to be 3 other courses. I have received a certification for completing the first course, but there appear to be another 3 courses. All they all required?? The second issue is there is a large variation of sound quality through the videos. Some were a good audio level while others were so quiet I can only just here the narration at 100% volume.

Basic instructions and exercises in module 2 were good. Good start to learning six sigma, but has some minor flaws in study materials. Big problem is that there is a book requirement in this one which you cannot get through the course, and some of the test quiz are based on that book, and video materials don't really tell the answers. You can keep guessing the answers unlimited times, but that defeats the point of a test in my opinion. Also some of the videos have some low volume problems.

Content is old, some of the videos doesn't have transcript and/or subtitles, misleading words in the transcript and also, something that they don't say clearly but in the description of the course is, you need to complement it with a book. It's good to know what is it about but I wouldn't recommend

There are some videos with very low voice, so I can't hear clearly. Unfortunately, some of the low-voice videos don't have the subtitle/transcript.

*Disclaimer: I got to the second module of the first course and then quit*.Some videos have almost inaudible volume. Quizzes have feedback that depends on a textbook that isn't freely available, and the same feedback as pertaining to the course videos doesn't relate to the questions. Some videos are lousy, with spelling errors, and the voices of the teachers are real mood killers, sounding low and tired. I believe it is much better to look around for a good, widely used book and learn from there. This course is not something I'd recommend to any of my colleagues in the field of engineering, even if the instructors are PhDs in the topic.

Audio in some videos is too low, the guy was making all sorts of slip-ups and mispronounced words, cannot believe they just left it like that instead of redoing it. I could always hear his gasping for air and opening his mouth which was annoying. Visually the presentations are sub-par and I haven't learned much. Where is the link to download mandatory book that needs to be followed with the course? Sheesh.

Awful. The videos don't help to answer the quizzes at all.

Rote teaching. No reading material.
