About the Course

In Course 4 of the Google Project Management Certificate program, you will delve into the execution and closing phases of the project life cycle. You will learn what aspects of a project to track and how to track them. You will also learn how to effectively manage and communicate changes, dependencies, and risks. As you explore quality management, you will learn how to measure customer satisfaction and implement continuous improvement and process improvement techniques. Learners who complete this program should be equipped to apply for introductory-level jobs as project managers. No previous experience is necessary. This cours suitable for who are the starter of project manager. Course provide with structure and example then can be easy to understand and apply in real situation. Recommend to learn Module 1 - 6.

Hi, everyone. I hope everything is going well. According to this course, my review is as follows

First of all, the course was a big course it has a lot of subjects and a lot of materials. This course embarrassed me actually because there is a lot of job for a project manager from communication to reporting the end of the project. By the way, the technique in this course includes meeting agenda, invitation email for communicating the report and feedback from stakeholders and in essential from team members. effective closing project is the core step for project execution and running the project. After that is releasing the resource and retrospective meeting to study the whole project what is going success, what is not and what steps need to improve in this project, learning lessons for the next project. It is an amazing course.

Lastly, I want to thank the teachers for their effective efforts to teach us this course and thank my colleagues who help me finish this course.
