This course is excellent. It helped me understand how important put the details in writing like the RACI chart and Risk management plan.

It was really challenging to keep it all in my head at once, but it isn't complex. It will be easy to remember with practise I wish that there was more optional practise material.

This course really helped introduce project management theories to me. I didn't realize that I've already been applying some of these skills in my work as a Service Team Analyst.

There were parts of the final module that was a bit ambiguous but overall, the course was detailed and laid out properly. I learned a lot that I can use for my career transition.
