This specialization consists of two foundational courses: Church Administration Theology and Time Management, in which you will learn how to approach church administration theologically and how to better steward your time, and Strategic Management for Churches, in which you will learn how to discern and establish church vision, core values and culture, goals and objectives, and metrics.
The third course, Financial Management for Churches, will provide a general overview of church financial operations through a theological lens. While this is the suggested order for the specialization, you can take these courses in any order.

For Church Admin: Finance: You’ll be able to download a workbook tied to each core course that allows you to reflect on and cultivate your own spiritual practices. This workbook can be used to facilitate group discussion in your community or act as an individual guide to enrich the course. In the elective course, Financial Management for Churches, you will analyze case studies to build financial management skills.
